A fundamental issue in religious studies and the philosophy of religion is the existence of evil in the world and its relationship to the creator. This topic has historically engaged both Islamic and Western philosophers. The ambiguity surrounding this issue in relation to theism can lead to a broader acceptance of divine wisdom within communities. This is because humans, often confronted with atrocities in their lives, seek to achieve absolute good and be free from evil. According to definitive Islamic beliefs, humans are expected to attain a divine utopia in this worldly life known as the “Reappearance Period.” However, there is a lack of philosophical analysis regarding this period in relation to the problem of evil. This article employs a descriptive-analytic method to explore this issue. We conclude that during the Reappearance Period, moral vices resulting from misuse of human free will and psychological evils will no longer exist. Additionally, due to human and existential perfection, metaphysical limitations will disappear, and material constraints causing human suffering will cease, owing to the existential enhancement of the world. This perfection occurs within the material world and does not imply that the world is detached from matter.
