نقد نظریۀ سوسیالیستی اقتصاد اشتراکی از منظر اخلاقی؛ بر مبنای تفکرات فردریش هایک و آین رند

چکیده

دیدگاه سوسیالیستی اقتصاد اشتراکی نیز مانند سایر نظریات اقتصادی و سیاسی که بر اساس مبانی فلسفی شکل گرفته‌اند، تاریخ مصرف نداشته و در هر شرایطی ممکن است به‌عنوان گزینه‌ای برای مدیریت جامعه مورد توجه قرار گیرد؛ چنانچه در وضعیت فعلی جهان با توجه به شیوع بیماری کرونا که موجب پدیدارشدن مشکلات اقتصادی شدید، از بین‌ رفتن بسیاری از کسب‌وکارها و بالارفتن آمار بیکاری شده، برخی از نظریه‌پردازان بازگشت به روایت‌هایی از سوسیالیسم را توصیه می‌کنند. با توجه به این مسئله، هدف ما در این مقاله این است که نظریۀ اقتصاد اشتراکی را از منظری اخلاقی مورد کندوکاو قرار دهیم و در نهایت، اعتبار آن را از نظرگاه اخلاقی بسنجیم. فردریش هایک و آین رند دو تن از اندیشمندانی هستند که به تحلیل سوسیالیسم و اقتصاد اشتراکی پرداخته‌اند و پیامدهای اخلاقی این نظریه را بررسی و نقد کرده‌اند. این دو متفکر در نقد اخلاقی اقتصاد اشتراکی به مؤلفه‌هایی چون نقض حقوق و آزادی فردی در سوسیالیسم و همچنین نابودی هویت فردی انسان در این نظریه می‌پردازند. در این پژوهش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بر مبنای روش کتابخانه‌ای صورت گرفته و تلاش شده این داده‌ها تحلیل و ارزیابی شوند. یافته‌های این تحقیق نمایانگر این مطلب است که رند از منظری عمیق‌تر و فلسفی‌تر به نقد مبانی اخلاقی سوسیالیسم و نظریۀ اقتصاد اشتراکی می‌پردازد؛ حال آنکه هایک بیشتر به پیامدهای اخلاقی و اجتماعی این دیدگاه در جامعه توجه می‌کند.

Similar to other economic and political theories which are based on philosophical

foundations, communist economy which is mainly rooted in socialistic ideas of Karl Marx has no expiration date and can be considered as an important management option under every circumstance. As under current circumstances where COVID-19 pandemic has led to severe economic problems and increasing unemployment, many theorists believe that capitalism and liberalism are not efficient now and recommend a return to some narratives of socialism. In this article, we try to study communist economy from the viewpoint of moral criticisms of Friedrich Hayek and Ayn Rand. To morally criticize communist economy, these two thinkers have considered items such as violating the individuals' rights and freedom in socialism and destruction of the individuals' identity. Rand takes a deeper and more philosophical approach to criticize moral foundations of socialism and the theory of communist economy while Hayek considers moral and social consequences of this viewpoint on the society.
