The most significant findings of the current research include: the author’s oversight of the fact that in advisory rulings, there is no place for referring to the principles of wisdom and relying on the absolute; rather, it should be examined what extent reason has established obedience to God and the Messenger before the ruling of the legislator, and whether the Messenger is considered infallible or not. Even if the obligation in the verse “Obey” is authoritative, due to its verbal absoluteness, in the case of doubt regarding the speaker’s intent to clarify, we must assume the original stance is that of clarification. Moreover, the aforementioned absoluteness in the verse can be referred to the principle of removing the relevant object implied by generality, and there is no need to establish the speaker’s intent to clarify. Additionally, the article “Examining the Implications of the Verse ‘Obey’ on Infallibility” faces internal inconsistencies. The rational or transmitted evidence provided in the article is incapable of fulfilling the role of a criterion to restrict the absoluteness of the verse.
