three main perspectives on the meaning of life are first, Using the conceptual analysis method: 1- the naturalistic and non-religious view; 2- the non-naturalistic and nihilistic view; and 3- the supernatural or theistic and religious view. Then, the issue of the meaning of life is criticized and examined in the framework of these three perspectives and in the ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. And finally, using the comparative method we have concluded that there is a strong correlation between religious beliefs and the belief in the meaningfulness of life. It has also been shown that the question of the meaning of life is intrinsically linked to the issue of human creation and whether it is considered purposeful or aimless. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that in the process of answering the question of the meaning of life, religious beliefs, which emphasize a transcendent reality and the purposefulness of creation, provide a rational foundation for considering life meaningful. Among these, the religion of Islam, with its fundamental principles, particularly the concept of Tawhid (monotheism), provides the necessary ground for offering a robust and clear answer to the question of the meaning of life, thereby rescuing individuals from bewilderment and existential emptiness
