Presenting religion in a coherent and systematic way, where various religious propositions are meaningfully connected and describe a unified spirit, is a serious need today. Such an outline is more trustworthy if derived from an infallible text. Imam Husayn's (AS) last speech in Mecca possesses precisely this worthy characteristic, from which the general outline of Islamic thought in Karbala can be inferred. In that sermon, Imam Husayn (AS) articulated the fundamental principles of religion and his own movement. This research aims to provide an analysis of this general outline of Islamic thought, using an ijtihadi (analytical-inferential) method, centered on one of Imam Husayn's (AS) key statements. The study utilized a documentary method for data collection. In this research, the main passages of the sermon were identified, and their meanings were explained step by step within a structured, progressive framework. One of the significant outcomes of this research is that it will make the reader's engagement with the words of the Infallibles active and problem-oriented, leading to a disciplined, active, and vibrant understanding of crucial concepts such as Tawhid (monotheism), Prophethood, and Ma'ad (resurrection). Furthermore, it will provide a blueprint and plan for a unified and cohesive thought system derived from lofty religious concepts.
