Appealing to Abraham's faith and trust in God's justice, I will reply to objections. All things considered, it seems that if we want to take divines commands such as the case of Abraham and Ishmael to be ordinary and frequent in sharia, this will lend us an unpleasant conception of religion. So the style of a divine command in such cases cannot be generalized to cases of ordinary divine commands. Therefore we should subject divine commands to certain constraints. I shall propose three main constraints regarding the number, the particularity of the law and the subject-matter, and the necessity of men's knowledge of the laws—these are necessary for keeping open the space of rationality in assessing the tentative laws of sharia}, keywords = {Tentative Commands,Exsanguination of Ishmael,Examining Abraham,Reasons of Examining,Types of Examining}, title_fa = {ذبح اسماعیل و اسلوب اوامر امتحانی در شریعت}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله با اشاره به تفسیرهای آگوستین، آکوئیناس و کرکگور از داستان ذبح اسماعیل به‌دست ابراهیم، نویسنده راه‌حل خود را برای رهایی از تضادنمایی میان حکم معقول اخلاقی و حکم شرعی در این داستان بیان می‌کند و با استفاده از ایمان و اعتماد ابراهیم به عدالت خداوند، می‌کوشد به اشکال‌های مطرح در این زمینه پاسخ گوید. در ارزیابی نهایی به نظر می‌رسد اگر بخواهیم اوامر امتحانی مانند مورد ابراهیم را امری عادی و مکرّر در شریعت فرض کنیم، چهره مطلوبی از دین باقی نمی‌ماند؛ یعنی شرایط موجود در داستان ابراهیم برای زمان ما امکان تحقق ندارد و نمی‌توان روش عملی ابراهیم را به دیگر اوامر الهی سرایت داد. از این‌رو، باید اوامر امتحانی الهی را اسلوب‌بندی کرد و آنها را محدود به ضوابط خاصی فرض کرد. نویسنده به سه شرط اصلی محدودیت در تعداد، خاص‌بودن حکم و موضوع و وجوب علم بندگان به صدور حکم امتحانی اشاره می‌کند تا راه تعقل را در سنجش حکم شرعی نسبت به عموم اوامر دینی باز بگذارد.}, keywords_fa = {اوامر امتحانی,ذبح اسماعیل,امتحان ابراهیم,چرایی امتحان,انواع امتحان}, url = {https://jpt.isca.ac.ir/article_62.html}, eprint = {https://jpt.isca.ac.ir/article_62_9fa446b90a3550ca396ff6e97ab4fd44.pdf} }
